I've done it, Ian. I phoned ACAS yesterday afternoon and they put me through to HMRC minimum wage unit. They said it would take 4 to 6 weeks for them to carry out an investigation into dinner2go.

HMRC didn't say about that. They asked me to confirm my willingness to give evidence in a tribunal if necessary but it hasn't got to that stage yet. There may not be any need for a court hearing if dinner2go co-operate sufficiently with HMRC. I don't think I can do any more myself. I think I will just have to wait until I hear further from HMRC.

Dull and overcast here as well.. Piles of ironing to do this morning. We have a busy weekend coming up. A friends 70th birthday tomorrow. She is having a big birthday lunch with lots of family and friends and then we are out to lunch again on Sunday with friends we haven't seen for a while. No cooking this weekend. .

We're with EON and our repayments have done the opposite to your mousley same figures too. We'll go along with it. Thought previous far too high and this probably too low. Mind you I keep an eye on use age and always put bill money away every month so any excess owed can be cleared. That shocks them LOL. We too can set our own monthly DD's

In fairness, I can see that the meter reading is correct and that the problem is that our monthly payments have been too low up to now, but those are the payments that they set for us! Anyway I have contacted them asking if we can pay off the outstanding balance (which we'd have to do anyway before swapping) in order to reduce our new monthly payments!

Hope all you Tewkesbury lovers have done the Battlefield Walk! We have never stayed at the site, but have stayed in Tewkesbury overnight a few times solo on our way down to Cornwall. The Abbey is absolutely stunning, full of famous historic people, and has a grisly relic usually hidden from view.....sheets of plate armour from the battle are used inside the Treasury door to reinforce it! I was lucky enough to get a look on our first visit. Still has the square holes where bodkin arrows killed whoever was inside the armour!
Love the sound of church bells, very English!

Bit "sad" but have just been looking at sites directory for a stop on way home for Sunday night (more home fuel saving)and noticed that the "new club" seem to give the false impression that that they now "own" a lot of the sites on their network when reading the site info, when in fact I think most are leased? as is here (Tewksbury)
