What is the point of the "Ask the Expert - LIVE" topic section?  Has anybody actually ever seen a nominated expert answering questions on there?  And is so, what happened to the thread?

    It was active in the past. However both sections seem to change throughout the day, sometimes David K's post explaining what it's about appears then vanishes. Then the main "expert" post changes. Completely confusing especially to anyone new to the web site. It really needs sorting. The web site isn't running at all well just now, there are so many multiple posts due to delayed connection times (see another thread in this section.) The site is in a general mess.frown

    Have a look at this thread. It's not an answer but a bit of information. Obviously we need Rowena to respond for a more definitive answer.
