Air Quality Certificate for France

I have been on the French government website to complete an online application for the above certificate.  I felt it would be worth getting as although I don't intend to drive into any cities, there is always the possibility that it could happen by mistake!!  I would be very grateful for some guidance on completing the form as although it is in English I don't know what the following questions mean:

Mark / Marque - I do not understand what they want here.

Serial No. - is this the chassis frame no?

Vehicle Category - on my registration certificate this is detailed as M1 however in the dropdown menu on this website the M1 category is a passenger car (but I have a motorhome?)

Euro Standard - I have located some advice saying this can be found under D.2 section of the registration certificate, but mine just says W.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

    Mark/Marque is make of vehicle e.g Ford. Those more knowledgeable than me will help you with the rest.
