Does anyone else enjoy watching Car Share with Peter Kay and Sian Gibson? Looking forward to the shorter series tonight, only four programmes, wonder how it will end? smile

Yes. Looking forward to it. Last series was brilliant .... who'd have though that 2 people chatting in a car going to/from work could be so entertaining. Especially as it's filmed local-ish to me & I recognise some of the roads/places etc

I enjoyed the first series although I expect it's not a form of comedy that appeals to everyone. Be interesting to see how the second series develops.

I enjoyed the first series very much and also looking forward to this second series.

I have to say though, I'm glad it starts tonight, so that they can stop advertising it. That advert seems to be on during virtually every break between programmes.

I tried it for 15mins, after not smiling at all I lost interest & turned over to another channel. I never watched the first series, it seems I didn't miss much at allfrown

Wonder if it will come in for some stick for the use of phones in cars?

Don't know, the head camera on the cyclist pointed up a few possibilities  too. wink

So you didn't see the other 6 episodes & saw just 15 mins of last night's episode.  Not sure how you could possibly comment on it then. It'd be like me making comment on Eastenders/Emmer Dale Farm etc etc ...... never watched them.

Watched it last night and thought it was pretty good......in fact I then went on to watch all 4 episodes (unusually, they have all been put on BBC i-player ahead of being broadcast).

Watch out for episode 3 - laugh out loud funny! laughing

We tried the first one, might have suffered it to the end can't remember now. Never repeated the experience. Couldn't see anything in it. Shocked to learn it had won a couple if BAFTAS. Good job were not all alike. 😉

I really enjoyed it, but with any humour, it's personal taste.

    Big Peter Kay fan here!

Did anyone spot Guy Garvey (singer with Elbow) playing the part of Steve - the guy always tinkering with his motorbike ?

I thought it was funnier last night but no real advance in the romance although almost if you consider being asked to work on his Christmas team as an advance!!!

I love most of PK's stuff but haven't really found Car Share that funny. But I did watch last night's episode and it was very good - that poor monkey! laughing

Well, that's it, last programme last night. With touches of La La land I suppose it ended true to form. I've enjoyed the series. smile
