Amazon and sainsburys would have been ok but fancy not offering their own!

Yes I would hope as well!

Trouble is I just don't believe that, that will be the case.

Let's just look at the reliabilty survey kicked into the long grass for months and then a meaningless report no names no pack drill. This was not what was promised when the survey was positioned to the membership.  If you don't believe me trawl through the back issues of the magazine.

Or the name change no consultation. Do you honestly believe if 80% of the membership indicated that they were unhappy it would make any difference.

They are offering £300 prizes between 3 members. Why not amongst 6 members or better still 20 members? Many of us do not shop at M&S but on our travels could pick up a meal deal or whatever.

As said though they could better have offered a site night voucher to 20 members

Not one of the random selection so I have not seen the survey. If they want my opinion on most things though they can find them on here. To be frank I am happy with most things but that new logo and signage is rotten beyond belief.

If the "survey" gets the same replies as what seems to be the majority of posts on all the social media, that the club was so keen on pushing, then there will be a blackout on the results of this survey ,and they will trawl the face ache comments to see who was positive ,and then send a fresh survey with differently worded "positive"questions to hem and publish the "glowing" resultsundecided

I didn't think they still did site night vouchers and had changed them to gift vouchers so you could use them on the range of club products

I've always sold M&S vouchers on eBay or through Facebook. While I do use club sites and services I never set foot in M&S.

A carefully selected representative sample.  But with a few errors obviously as the posters above have been asked.

I completely agree. Maybe if we are sent surveys in the future we should all boycott and tell them why, but it would have to be a concerned effort. I pointed out all answers could be found on CT threads for free . I'm not sure I'd bother again but I'd started so I finished, I expected something more like the monthly ones we used to get 5 or 10 minutes and it's done.

If I'd done a survey in the street I'd have received a voucher of some sort for assisting. Even if it was only for a coffee. For much less questioning.

I haven't received the survey, but then we've only got a couple of club sites booked for this year and only used a couple last year.

So maybe it depends on how often you use club sites (oh, hang on, I've just read page 1! wink)

Definitely not in our case we had around seven nights on club sites in 2016 and not a lot more in 2015.

I think it stems from who would be more likely to give a positive responsewink

I wasn't sent a Survey either, but having read the responses in CT it doesn't seem as though I have missed much.  However, I agree with the majority view that The Club hierarchy has lost touch with the people who pay their wages and take no notice of our opinions.  They should remember, no members, no job, but we would still go caravanning.

In some ways, the whole situation is summarised in the new logo~"Since 1907".  I don't think so, surely "Since 2017" would be more accurate.

I feel left out as I did not get the chance to have a say, I wonder if they saw the survey that shows there are more over 60s than under 16s for the first time in his country surprised

That is a clear indication that the new generation of camper explorers that the Club is so sure it does not know what they will look like are likely to be just the same as the previous generation - if not more so!
