Rouen Tunnel Closure.

Hi Folks,
We will be travelling through Rouen in June and I cannot seem to find out if the Tunnel in Rouen in now open as the last time I tried this route in Aug 2015 it was closed and it was a nightmare to get back on my route after the diversion? This was after being stuck for seven hours in the "stack" at Folkstone, so not a journey I recall with glee!
This have probably been already clarified but I cannot find and info anywhere.
