We went to Adams Farm a few years ago, when Eric was in residence. OH fed one of the lambs. Never seen a bottle of milk disappear so fast. We are at Cirencester later this year, will have to visit again.

I can see the vouchers being a bit of a problem, at least initially. I should have printed off some of the old ones. At least the ones that only want to just see the card should be OK, ours does not renew until January. Unless of course they have been told, and then might say that card is not valid.😂

Adam is doing a complete rebuild of his camp site, looks like a possible stop in the future he is hoping to have up and running again before the summer peak

Just three scratches on the passenger side. It was an elderly driver on a mobility scheme and the road between the parked cars was quite narrow.

It's been a busy day. Enterprise Car rental arrived at 15:30 to take us to their depot to collect the rented car. Then we returned with the car to the club site just as the next dinner2go order came. So we swapped over to the Smart Car and it's been manic at work ever since. Another two and a half hours to go at work.

We've just finished a Macdonalds order and now we're in Bedford Row loading bay awaiting collection of a Fiordilatte order. It was ordered half an hour ago and is supposed to be cooked and ready for collection on our arrival but instead we are being kept waiting. Recently, we've been getting very few Fiordilatte orders. Many customers now seem to prefer Pizza Face. Brio seems to be popular too.

Well rain came to nothing of note 😞. I must be one if he few people in the country asking for rain. Most frustrating.

We've woken up to a lovely, sunny morning here in Worthing. The Smart car is due to be collected for repairs some time this morning. They've not said how long the repairs will take but I hope we can get the car back soon. The rental car is less suitable because it's not automatic and not as versatile as our Smart Car.

We too have woken to a glorious morning. No overnight rain 😟.

Been putting bits together ready to take to motorhome for trip tomorrow. We may load today and give it a wash as the weather is not as forecast.

    Enjoy your day folks.

Bright and sunny up here too. A bit further up the hill there's a covering of snow. Spring has sprung! Makes a nice change from the four days of rain we've just had 😀

First load of washing on the spin cycle, then out on the line in the sunny breeze for the day. Do prefer wind dried clothes.

New car is due for collection on Saturday, so off to get a number plate for the rear. When the current car was new I went to register it with my personal registration, as bought 20 years ago. Long story short, had to get the law changed to use my 'personal registration'. So this time I can register the new car with my 'personal registration', which means the car has been reallocated it's original registration, but I've lost the rear number plate over the last 4 years.

Then the next few days of cleaning the car to avoid any silliness with the collection co, who are taking it to the auction.

Interesting learning on this particular deal on the current car, if you've paid half the loan off with no missed payments, you can walk away with nothing to pay. May well look into that for the new car.

Thanks Brue. We're only going local but a beautiful location for the CL. First time out for us this year. How far you off? I know you've already got trips under your belt for this year.

Gave motorhome a quick whizz over. Site have power washer so only did overhead cab and wheels not tyres with it on the gentlest setting. Great at shifting the green hand washed the rest and stood well back to rinse off 😯. Not brilliant but saved bringing it home, we can do that later when it's warmer 😂. Just have to take clothes and fresh food tomorrow.

Cool breeze here but when we came back conservatory 30c with roof blinds over and internal doors to dining and kitchen open 😯. Still need some rain!

Post arrived whilst we were out £12 a month reduction in gas DD. 😆

Have a good time Bakers2.  Just booked us in for a week at Globe Vale in Redruth - again.....  Unfortunately it's going to be the main Easter holiday week, so it'll be busy.  It's the next chance we'll have of getting away.  Time to visit Anna again at Falmouth Uni.

Quite a nice day here today in Polesworth.  In fact, we've even put the new fence panel in this morning.  Now I'm sitting in the car outside Dosthill Boys Club while Carol has gone for her blood donor session.  (They won't allow me to give blood these days).

We're not going far B2, a couple of stops in Devon and a new to us CL in Cornwall. My post crossed with David's (I haven't heard the Dosthill name for awhile, I had a swim in the quarry there when young surprised.)

Hmm, thunder storms just now, it must be time for us to go away.wink

Had an e-mail from Waitrose today detailing changes to their free coffee. From 3rd April they are asking customers to make a purchase before collecting their cup from the checkout. No minimum spend indicated. What I don't know is whether there are changes to the procedure if you have a free coffee in one of the cafe's as you are already required to buy something to eat in order to get the free coffee/tea. I have sought clarification. We prefer to have a sit down coffee before doing our shopping. I will keep you posted when I get a reply.

The motorhome is in for service and MOT this week so gives me an opportunity to do any repairs on the driveway where the motorhome is parked. Previously I have had heavy duty concrete paving slabs laid but a couple of these have broken under the weight of the van. My solution is to replace the slab with concrete as the cheapest and quickest way of doing it. Unfortunately my age and my back are not too happy with me doing this work so at some stage I will have to decide whether to get the parking area professionally re-laid!!!
