Adding a new family member

Hello All

We would like to add a new family member (adult) to our membership and wondered if anyone knows if this can be done online? I can't seem to find anywhere in the membership section. I know there is a membership team phone number but they are closed weekends and I was hoping to get it done while I remember!  Many Thanks :-) :-)

    I do not think it can be done online , it can only be done over the phone as they have to be assured that the Family member is resident at the address of the full member

    Sorry for the slow reply Luckystar - JVB66 is correct, usually you'd need to phone in to add or remove a Family Member (as there are charges applied) but you can also use Web Chat if calling in doesn't work for you. Web Chat is available until 9pm Mon-Fri.
