Now there is the difference to me that is like saying, "I used to be proud of shopping at M&S". I cannot see what there is to be proud of or that any of this will change my experience on site one jot

The greatest trick that any advertising company has to pull off is not to make a brand more popular, it's not to sell more of the product and it's not to create 'brand awareness'.

The greatest trick (and their first and foremost goal) that they have to pull off is firstly to convince the management of a company that their adverts might achieve the above things.

Whether they do change anything or not is almost secondary. What is vital to the advertising company is that they sell a brand, an advertising programme, a slogan etc.

Advertising company's will usually get a percentage of the amount spent on their scheme. So it is to their huge advantage that the company swallows the line that they feed out, hook, line and sinker.

It seems to have worked with the CC / CAMC.......

The signs are not superficial, they are an essential item to ensure you are in the right place.  The old ones did that perfectly, the new ones do not.

Complete waste of our money and without any consultation with the membership, at all.
