trying to book Wirral site for tomorrow and what ever I do the online booking takes me to Altnahara, or wherever!

Couldnt get on at all yesterday.  Is this a new problem or a continuing one?

looks like I will have to use the phone and actually speak to a real person

cry..and of course I can't book with head office because it's a Saturday.

Problem solved.  Went in the Wirral page through the map and got the site phone number.  Even from that page if I clicked on 'book a pitch' it took me to Altnaharra.

I'm seeing the same thing on my mobile.

Ring the site. The warden can make a booking for you

You could use google search to get your link to the right page. Should work Ann

There seems to be general problem with site bookings, I've put the details I found on the. snagging list. I also got Altnaharra but got in by a different route to the site I wanted. Not good really needs flagging up. Might be a good idea to report your own post AnnB giving all the details or the URL of this thread.

We're off on a break in a few days and I thought I might alter the bookings slightly, two club sites and a CL. Think I'll stick with my original plans! Hope AnnB got through.

It seems there only 2 sites plus Fakenham racecourse in Norfolk and only 2 sites in the Cotswolds.

Links from late availability page also take you to the Altnahara (sic) site. I also have some booking modifications to do over the weekend, I'm sure the on call IT engineer will sort it.

It seems that a few sites, Cirencester, Wirral, River Breamish that I have found, are missing from the list of sites in the full drop down. So if you search for these by name it defaults to the first site Altnahara, as it cannot find them. You can get to them by clicking on their positions on the map search. However, again when you try and book you end up at Altnahara. Clearly they have a significant problem. ☹️

I suppose on the up side Altnahara could see a surge in bookings.😇

Just found this thread, wondered what was going on as I got redirected to Altnaharra. The website is a complete shambles.

One good thing. I looked at a CL off line, then used the log in via the CL view. This must be a first as it took me straight back to the CL! Every time one bit works another fails.....yell

Could some of the rebranding have been better sent on this useless computer system?

    Hi all,

Thanks for flagging this up, I've forwarded this onto IT to investigate. Is this problem still occurring?

Just tried it and the first time just took me to a list of all sites starting at A, tried again and takes me to site I key in. That is on my IPad so don't know if it was a system based problem.

I have no problems with Wirral Country Park or Hebden Bridge using Windows 7 PC and Chrome. No problems either with the Android app.
