Camping Cheques Changes on 1st March
Anyone looked at their Gold Card account to check how many nights they have in credit recently? Unless I'm missing something, my 41 nights appear to have been converted into euros. I was told by the club in November and December, that nights already credited would be still accepted for each nights stay.

So in a sense you have lost out financially; had the cheques stayed as they were, then each one would have been valid for 1 night, regardless of what the price is now and you would still have had 41 nights. You'll now have to pay whatever the rate is, and with some sites costing €19, you won't get the 41 nights you had.
Did they notify you of this? I assume not as you didn't appear to know until you checked. Seems a profitable way of doing it for Camping Cheque, but not for the customer.

Hi Lagerorwine, just checked mine and they show number of units which equate to the number of cheques where I already had on the card. No mention of monetary value. This is on the new site. Cannot access the old one since yesterday since setting up my account on the new site.

David/Hoddy, When you refer to 'setting up my account on new site', what did you do? Did you login with email and old password, or did you 'activate card' and fill in all your details again?
I tried to login, but password wasn't accepted, I received an email link from them to reset password, and for some reason that didn't work either.
When I couldn't acces the new site, I did manage to get onto the old site using a previous 'bookmark' and the account showed that the units had been debited, and credits were the number of nights I had previously x 16 (41 nights debited, 656 credits) so I assumed these were euros.
All these transactions took place on 1/3/17

When I tried to go into site at the beginning of Jan there was a box that said if I wanted to be informed of new site which was originally to be available beginning of Feb, put in your email address and they would notify you. Received email with new password and link to new site on 2nd March and just had to enter site where you could see all your details. Try to contact on 0033 3 85 72 29 90 or contact@campingtravelclub.com . They have always been very helpful especially when my card decided not to work whilst on holiday.

Hoddy thanks for explanation and apologies for not replying earlier - I have been away 5 days. Wish I had filled in the box with my email. Having said that, as they already peoples email, perhaps they should have sent everyone a new password and instructions once the new site was launched.
I'll contact them - thanks again for your help

Success at last. Eventually received a link and new password from campingtravelclub.com, and confirm as others have said, my previous 41 units are confirmed.
It also states that they are accepted on all sites regardless of whether they are 15, 17 or 19 euros.
