    Posted  yesterday  on  " What  are  you  up  to,  today"  That  I  was  watching  the  Athletics  whilst  typing  &  saw  the  Brilliant  performance  of  Laura  Muir.

    Dammit  the  girl's  just  gone  &  done  it  again  in  the  3000 metres.    Half  a  lap  in  and  another  runner  broke  away,  so  Laura  Muir  followed her  then  after  a  good  couple  of  deep  breaths  --   WOOSH  !!  her  second  GOLD  MEDAL  !!  Scotland,  aye  and  Britain  should  be  proud  right  now   !!

      Totally agree, Richard Kilty did well also. We've got tickets for the World Athletic Championships later this year. Hoping to see more of the same
