Valras Plage, South of France

Hi, when we were at Beauregard camping at Marseille Plage in 2015 somebody recommended Valras Plage.  Can anyone recommend a site which is where it is all happening !

    Not at Valras Plage but nearby at Portiragnes Plage we like Les Sablons. Direct access to the beach, good pools including a beautiful adult only pool, shops etc and a good restaurant.

    Or if you want a really all singing and dancing and beautifully kept site an hour or so further south La Brasilia at Canet Plage is the best of its type we've ever stayed on. Very pricey in high season but outstanding!

    We have stayed at La Yole at Valras Plage but from memory it was quite a walk to the beach and I remember passing another campsite right on the beach. 

    There are some pictures of Les Sablons here It has lots of facilities.

    La Brasilia is excellent. Also check out Camping Le Soleli in Argeles.

    Both highly recommended if slightly outside the immediate target area.

    We are staying at Les Sablons in May so it is cheering to see the positive comments, and Davids info.

    Thanks to everybody for your help we have just booked for two weeks at les sablons ,the first two weeks in June we are in France for six weeks once again thank you.

    Hi Atley,  well as CW Mc Call might sing "looks like we got ourselves a rally" as we arrive on or around the 20th May for app two weeks.
