Camping Cheques Changes on 1st March

Anyone looked at their Gold Card account to check how many nights they have in credit recently? Unless I'm missing something, my 41 nights appear to have been converted into euros. I was told by the club in November and December, that nights already credited would be still accepted for each nights stay.

    Hi, just checked mine and they show number of units which equate to the number of cheques where I already had on the card. No mention of monetary value.

    Perhaps its because I had a problem logging into the new website, but managed to log in via the old website, using my Gold card number and identifier. In the table of transactions below the summary, all entries appeared to have been multiplied by 16 (euros I thought). The 41 credits had been debited, and 656 credits are shown

    Perhaps one of the moderators could merge this thread with the other one, I've replied on the other one.

    Unfortunately we don't have a merge facility on this website. We seem to have an issue where some threads appear to be double posted which might not be the OP's fault but a glitch in the system. When I see a double post I try to delete one of them but for some strange reason they seems to be linked so if I delete one it affects the other. I am sure in time it will be sorted!

    Thanks for the explanation, David.  There sure must be a glitch with these 2 threads: I just clicked on the one which had your name as the most recent poster, yet the thread that came up was the other one which has Hoddy as the most recent poster.  When I clicked on the thread which says Hoddy was the last one to post, I got this thread, where it was you!!  Some weird goings-on here.

    Hoddy, Apologies for not posting anything - yes finally sorted it after waiting for a login and temporary password from them.

    Can confirm that as others posted, my previous 41 units are there.
