Archie Camping - August 2016 update
There is a new version of Archie's camping available to download now. This time more sites have been Deleted User and even more new ones added. There has been an emphasis on finding sites in what was the old Yugoslavia so anyone heading in that direction will
find lots of useful information.

For a few reasons it hasn't been possible, yet, to announce the new App which has been planned for Windows 10 - but there may be more news soon.
Keep sending in information if you find anything that needs to be corrected, or any new sites which aren't in the database.
Please feel free to share this information on any other camping/caravanning/motorhome/motorcycling forums or on Facebook, or anywhere else that you think it might be useful.

This is available on the windows store, has anyone tried it yet. Have used it with Android, which works fine on phones, but after successfully using it on a Lenovo tablet, it ceased to work when the system updated?
Brilliant for the offline maps, we were able to find ourselves when lost in Spain on a walk.

I don't know about the Lenovo tablet, but I do know that upgrades in software operating systems can cause problems. There were problems with Apple devices when the software was updated to IOS10 - and for anyone else who has found problems, with Apple devices there is information about this on Archiescamping.
Perhaps an email to Archie using the contact button on the website may help. The person he works with who deals with the App is very knowledgeable and will do his best to solve problems.
A new update of Archiescamping is due very shortly, so if anyone is planning to download it for the first time, I would wait for a couple of weeks for the new update.
