How to print site map and directions

On the old site there was a print link to enable a direct print to obtain the local site map and associated directions, the new site appears to be missing this feature? I can copy and paste to word but this then requires re sizing both the map and the font size. Is there a better way?

On the iPad I just select print from the options list, which appears when you touch the square with an arrow out the top, just to the right of the browser bar. Then just select the page with the map and instructions, from the print preview that appears.

I presume that only works with a wifi enabled printer.

Has to be AirPrint compatible as well CY but most Wifi ones are these days. An old one we had wasn't, but given the low cost, often not that much more than replacing the cartridges if you can get one on offer, well worth updating.

I just tried it via our wi fi printer and it didn't work, in fact it jammed the system and I had to shut everything down.

A printable version appears to be missing on my laptop as per the OP.

Any webpage - right click the select print (PC and laptop).

There may be more pages than you want - but just then select the relevant ones.

I tend to copy and paste into MS Word and print it from there, although that is on a PC/Laptop. I don't think they have been that easy to print direct from the website for a couple of years.

You must have a far smarter printer than mine🙁 I've tried differance methods of printing but nothing beats the method on the old web site so maybe this could be addressed by one of the mods?

That's the method I've used but as I said previously it was much better on the old site.

Who carts a printer round in their van though?

That's ok IF you want the whole page including the large map, otherwise you will have to do a screen shot and then crop the pic to print that - again not as good as the old site.

That normally works for me Goldie but didn't today when I tried printing the map and details. I just got a lot of buffering and then had to reset everything. I tend to keep the sites directory book to hand but have printed directions in the past.

Another one for the snagging list?

    We do.😇

To print off our walking maps. When on a tour you can't really print them all off before hand, as you don't always know exactly where you are going be walking. It also saved us £30 on our last holiday in Scotland, as I was able to print off some free distillery vouchers. E vouchers not accepted.

If you are using Windows 10 see if you have the “snipping tool”.  It works if the bit you want fits on screen.  Drag the box round what you want to print.  Print from there or save to pictures, open it & then print. To give you an idea this is what Broadway info looks like. hope you find an easy solution.
