From a man who requires belt and braces I too used to print off the confirmations but they were for my reference and were not presented on arrival. Since the advent of my iPhone and iPad I no longer print off as all the info. I perceive I need or might need can be saved or accessed and linked to my calendar. Afterall, every time I've arrived the info. held on the site's computer has matched mine exactly as one would expect. Having said this, each to their own and if having that paper info. to hand makes for personal reassurance and a happy stay then so be it.

I don't think they do, experience tells me they have both the info on computer and a printed paper copy on the reception desk.  May be the latter is for that infrequent occasion when the computer goes down or just plain old belt and braces.

I make a note of the booking reference number separately but would use the email on my phone if there was a problem. Usually I just give my name and they go from there. I do notice that, well the wardens I've seen last year, would use a high lighter pen to cross your name off their list. I wonder if this is just the wardens I've seen or standard practice?

A couple of sites we have arrived at and then gone in to the office they knew my name before I said anything , they then told me they had looked at my number plate and then looked down the booking list

Thanks all. I have used the emails to remind me which site I should be on and when when touring around. I could just simply screenshot my booking profile for that.

I'll book a few more nights and see if that results in emails. If not, I'll contact the club.

Yes I've seen the highlighter pen used at lots of sites. Generally greeted by name, unless you arrive with others, especially if youre the last expected arrival 😉. Printed email once but didn't need it so haven't again. Never had an issue.  I have a folder within my emails for bookings so easy to check on my phone.  Decent housekeeping ensures that it's never overfull 😉😉

Apart from "frenzy day" we have had an email conformation almost as soon as the bookings were made

    Hi all

To answer the OP, I have access to all UK bookings and can simply forward any you haven't received by email.

Aspenshaw - let me know which confirmations you don't have and I'll resend. You can reply on here and I'll keep an eye out, but for any easy-fix issues like this just email enquiries@caravanclub.co.uk, use web chat or give us a quick call.

    Simple.

    Thanks all

    Helen

Thank you, Helen. I'm happy that I received emails for my last couple of bookings and all are showing in my profile.
