Tempted to say "O dear! just 5 nights in the Interlaken area". We haven't used Alpenblick, but have stayed at Manor Farm, just beyond it and Lazy Rancho, which is a little further in towards Interlaken. Yoiu will be spoiled for choice in the area. There's an hourly bus, which passes the site and takes you into Interlaken, it's free with the Visitor card you'll be given, and then there's trains to take you up into the mountains. Research the Junfraubahn Pass and the Berner Oberland Regional pass, even a 3 day pass can save you significant money over individual trips, though the longer ones are better value. The trips up to Grindlewald First, Schynigge Platt, Mannlichen, Wengen, Murren, are all worth doing, as well as trips on the lakes, the landing stage at Neuhaus on Thunnersee is very close to the campsite. Most of the accessible mountain summits have good walks available from them and virtually all have cafes by the top station.

If you get good weather, your problem will be choosing which trips to leave for next time!

Alpenblick i think maybe a bit too far to walk into town but the bus service is very good and always on time, Interlaken is a lovely town with plenty of shops, eateries, bars etc.

Further afield you have an endless supply of train trips up into various mountains including the Jungfrau which is an all day job.

You have the choice of two lakes for a go on a steam boat.

If you like driving there's the Furka pass and Grimsel pass within a couple hours, basically lots to do and we stayed there for 13 nights a few years ago (Lazy Rancho) and still didn't fit everything in.

Just a suggestion. Why not try Lake Iseo instead. Much less crowded lovely lakeside sites in a splendid little town. Few Brits go there but lots of Italians.
