    Proud to say I attended that event, had a lot of fun... I do have to say that I was absolutely freezing the whole time but great fun nonetheless!

    I didn't expect to meet as many members as I did, but it was great to chat to people

    If you missed this then the Keswick Mountain Festival takes place 8-11th June. Tickets go on sale tomorrow!

    Those festivals are great fun --- any event which encourages people to get off their backsides, forget the TV  and take themselves to the hills and mountains  is well worth supporting. 

    (For those CC members of advancing years there are also interesting low level walks). 

    The great outdoors is what it's all about.
