This is a useful resurrected post from four years ago! So it's not gremlins, it's actually rather easy to find the very first post in a section and add a new post to it. Find the section (Tips for making Caravanning and Touring Cheaper, then go down to the page bottom and click the >> symobol. In theory this should take you to the most recent post, but it doesn't, it takes you to the very early ones - and they are almost all listed with no replies.
Perhaps there were no members to reply in the very earliest days of the forum?!?!

Thanks for resurrecting this post, as I missed it first time round.

I've used the site for a good few years. I used to get a weekly update of local prices by Email but i realise that I haven't had them for quite a while.

I must admit, that is my thought. However, there are some, including the 'brand' advertising who suggest that the more expensive branded fuels are superior. Now I've no evidence of this but I do wonder that if this is case, do you get an improved performance which justifies the extra cost.

There was a discussion in the old version on this very subject, started last May. See below:-
