I've tried to contact the relevant sections this evening about the advert for Midweek Discounts. Thought I'd try Live Chat....nothing doing, no contact showing.....so tried to post a complaint to the Club Site section by e-mail and all I get is a notification that a problem has occurred and to try again. Guess all at EG have thrown in the towel and disappeared into the ether!!yell

Edit.

After posting this it now seem that I can now post a complaint...wondered what happened?

    Hi Nellie

I'm sorry you had problems yesterday evening, there must have been a blip with the system. Is there anything I can help with?

    Best Regards

    Tracy

A discoverable page with Email addresses for principal individuals and sections would be a good idea. I had to use an external website to find the contact information I required.

I did report this issue to Rochelle late yesterday with a request that she pass the concerns onto the relevant  department. Given that she is a bit snowed under at the moment I think we may need to give it a day or two before we get a reply.

I made a complaint by email to the Club back in December. I received a reply saying that it had been passed to the Sites Operation team to investigate and that they required up to 20 working days to respond.  I patiently waited over 20 working days and contacted them again this week as I had heard nothing. I received a reply yesterday saying that due to a technical problem my complaint was not passed on to Sites Operations, but they had now done so and that I had to again wait up to 20 working days!

Good luck with that. I have unanswered emails dating back 3 years.

Very similar to my experience, I sent in a query in October and received the email saying a reply would be sent in 20 days. When no answer appeared after 20 days I sent a query and was told that due to a technical problem is hadn't been forwarded to the correct department. After another 20 days, no reply so I sent a query and was told that it has now been sent to someone else and a reply would be sent in due course. I await developments!

Contacting the Club? I just phone head office and helpful people answer me.  "It's good to talk."

I like to put complaints in writing, that normally means they get dealt with, but not so with the CC by the sounds of it.  Sounds like they are having a lot of 'technical problems'.  Where I used to work, that meant 'someone has failed to do what they are supposed to have done'!  Not good customer service from the Club.  Didn't they win an award recently?

David, sorry for the delay in replying but only just found your reply. Tanks for your intervention but I still didn't get a satisfactory response.

The reason for this delay is that there is no longer the list of posts that I'd made and the "follow" link doesn't work . I do think that is new site is a load of rubbish compared to the old one.
