Click on and drag from the source on the web which was opened in a separate window/tab. The source must be on the web not from you own machine.

I guess you could use the technique to embed as many photos as you like into stories?

It seems to work from Google photos as well. As you say, peedee, it may work with 'stories' as well!

For anyone else wanting to use this method, open your Google Photos, One drive, Flickr or photobucket account in a separate tab. Select your photo by left-clicking ( hold down) on the photo and then drag the photo to the Caravan Club tab. Position the photo in the 'reply' box and let go!

Another bodge:-

Click on a thumbnail...it is too large for the frame.......click and hold the image, within the frame, and move it (drag and drop...but don't drop)

Test using SimpleResize app on iPad.

It seems to work OK so good for posting 'on the go' when PC not available.

Thanks Rocky, I had assumed that I must be able to resize in the iPad itself but searching revealed that this was not the case, other than when mailing photos as attachments, and using an app was best/easiest solution.

As I said, I am so used to feeling at a loss that this was a very nice change!
