    Sorry to nit pick, but the OP stated website down time! And this should be rectified when the new website is pit up!

    but here is not a website! This is a forum, so why should this keep going down when the website goes down??

    Hi Vivien, the OP stated that the website and forum would be in browse only mode.  At this time the forum is integrated with the website so any changes that affect login on there will also prevent login on the forum.

    I know! Is the forum ever to be replaced with a stand alone one? Will it always be part of the website? When are the changes to a new forum due? These ate alllong standing questions that no-one seems to be able to answer!
