      very funny, anagrams are hardly malaprop. For a start some thought has gone in them, rather than just being accidental as malaprops. usually are. Rearranged words, not replaced, is that a malaprop?

    think CT has malapropitus as it's just tried changing my first word from ' very' to 'dry'

    Yes, I defiantly need to see the doctor, CY (I think "defiantly" instead of "definitely" might be a result of predictive text because it crops up regularly).

    My late elderly and slightly deaf aunt used to keep us in fits.

    Taking her to visit her friend who had had a stroke she told me "The doctor said she has had a terrible haemorrhage".

    She enjoyed a night crossing on the 'cross flannel cherry' by getting some sleep in a courgette.

    She was relieved that her flu inoculation was done without using a hyperdeemic nerdle.

    Cross flannel cherry is a lovely example of a spoonerism. That could spawn a whole new thread🤔
