    Write your comments here...no laughing matter in our family was the Suez Crisis.Dad was on Z Reserve having served in the 8th RTR and17th/21st Lancers as a vehicle electrician/ tank driver and also being parachute trained.They were going to drop his unit
    into the Canal Zone with Light Armoured units.I was two,he had just started his first business and Mum was really worried about being left as a young widow.Not funny.
