Just had a chilli for dinner.

NowI have a strong desire for chocolate.

Is there some South American black magic at work!

    BB, try putting a few squares of dark chocolate in chilli when making it, not tried it myself but know others who swear by it..Cool

    Chipolte chilli paste mixed into home made burger mix. Delicious.

    Proper Mexican chilli usually has a touch of dark chocolate added! Yummy!

    Just been in our little Tesco local. It has a section dedicated to American foods/sweets, so things like Hershey Bars and lots of super sweet stuff. Spotted a Tabasco Chocolate Bar that almost piqued my interest!

    Chilli Jam spread on lightly toasted bread with a topping of Red Leicester cheese , then "Rarebitted"

    I had a little metal box of tabasco chocolate bought for me last year.  Very nice it is too.
