thanks, Michael, good stuff....what it does highlight is the rear axle issue...
you are running at 1950, limit is 2000kg....with no MrsT aboard...and various other stuff...so despite your apparent 'spare' 350kg, you are in fact are already on the limit, unless you have had any chassis 'tweaks'....
this is the issue that Kjell will have, though 'his' van has a slightly shorter overhang and overall length....
it was also fun taking ours to a local scrap merchant's on day one....he was a bit surprised that he thought we were crushing it so soon...
Write your comments here...I ws thinking that once Mrs T is onboard that would load the front more than rear more (she is very light anyway) but when I can get to a proper weighbridge I will get a more accurate figure as I was not hugely confident of the
one we went on especially as the scrap yard burnt down a few weeks later!!0 -
Hi, Michael...
front...2100kg
rear....2400kg
MTPLM...4250kg.
i do believe that this could be uprated to 4500kg MTPLM as some continental brands are pre delivery...
Write your comments here...Obviously the higher rear limit would be really useful. May see if I can get mine upgrded on paper if I really am that close to the limit.

Thanks BB I have emailed SV Tech to see what they say. I thought we were on heavy chassis but perhaps it was wide!! If not its not an issue as we were jsut about fully loaded at the time and can maybe move some stuff forwards to even/level it up. There
are no weighbridges close to me in Essex so will look on my travels later in the year.0
