As I said up thread we had a Kia Sedona towing a Lunar Lexon 7.4m caravan, we had a tailgate bike rack with 2 full sized ebikes (batteries off) bikes weighed 36kg. We had no problems with weight at all, we then moved to an Smax and had to change to a towball bike rack, same bikes same caravan, again no problems, but then we don't carry a load of cr@p around in the van.

We have a Bailey Pegasus GT65. it's 3 years old. I contacted Bailey about fitting a rear carrier and they said that the rear panels of the range were not strong enough to carry the weight. Serious omission now I think with the popularity of bikes.
