Ok, thank you, I stand corrected.

GC, if you have tried all the suggestions given there is not a lot more I can suggest apart from :--
1) turn the switches, controls etcetera to where you think they were when it was working.
2) open a cold water tap
3) Brace yourself, take a deep breath & suck hard & long on the tap !!
If you do have an air-lock, it is possible to shift it by this method, but don't blame me if you get a mouthful of stale water !
good luck

Lol ok thanks. . . . .
Now then people I have an announcment!!. . .
I've just sat down with the manual.
And I've just seen the picture of the pump selector switch
Guess what???
Yup, I got them backwards
Switch has got a tap and a tank on
Well its not the tank its the aquaroll!
Oh my gawd.
All insults and sarcastic remarks will be accepted and humble pie will be served in large portions.
My thanks to everyone

Oh dear!! It does pay to study the handbook then!
You need to sort your valve on the pipework positions too.
If it is any consolation, I would say that the little symbols are a bit misleading. Why could they not just have used "internal" and "external"

Or, make the tank look like an aquaroll and the tap look like a tank!?? easy.........

sounds like you're having quite an adventurous first outing, hope it's not putting you off. One day when you've learned all the tricks you'll look back and laugh - there's nothing like caravanning and no more helpful lot than caravanners!
