LPG cooker to replace old Spinflo Caprice 2020

I have a 14 year old Coachman Pastiche 520/4

During our last trip the outer glass panel of the oven door smashed - unfortunately Spinflo no longer make these panels and none of the major parts suppliers or breakers have anything suitable.

Our insurers are prepared to pay for a replacement cooker but I just cannot find anything that will fit the space! The damaged cooker is 850 mm (h) x 500 mm (w) x 500 mm (d) and I cannot find anything of similar or slightly smaller dimensions.

Does anyone have any recommendations or know of any cookers that will fit? My local repair centre tell me that there is no margin for shaving the panels either side of the cooker space to "shoe-horn" a slightly wider cooker in.

    Is it worth talking to a local glazing company to replace the glass?
