Lidl/Aldi as well.   Just remember they all blow away in British weather!

Chuck all the washing in a plastic bin bag and do it when you get home. You are on holiday.

Unless of course you are short of trollies and T shirts in which case buy some moreHappy

I just bought one recently. Mine is a Quest, bought it at our local caravan accessory shop. It's brilliant even for just drying the towels off. It pegs down so it won't blow over.

I do believe some wardens sell the rotary clothes dryer in the shop.

There is the Outwell Clothes Airer availabe from Tiowsure, HERE.  Or at Argos, HERE.  Or at Amazon, HERE.  They usually come with a ring on each leg so that they can be pegged to avoid them being blown away. Laughing

    Hope this helps.

The Aldi ones are made from steel and the quality is iffy to say the least.

Fysherman, I was responding to your post, when you are away for 10+ weeks it would get awfully smelly if you just shoved all the dirty clothes in a black bin bag Laughing

We have a home made airer that fastens to the grab handles for when we are away for more than a week

We had two £10 Argos vouchers to get rid of, chose a free standing rotary and got home, it was broken. Went back to Argos and got a replacement, unpacked it there and the same piece was broken, prepared to try a third time but I exhausted their stock Sad

I'm a bit wary of buying one now.

It's perhaps worthwhile getting something strong as wet clothes are heavy and we have bent airers in the past.

    That's true.

I do not claim the design though. I blatantly plagurised it years ago having seen one on a caravan rally

We bought one from a caravan accessory shop years ago 20 pounds, brilliant buy, it's smaller than a normal rotary and has little rings on the legs so it can be pegged down, wouldn't be without it, even just for drying the towels.

Am I the only person in the country still using a plastic coated wire rack that hangs out a window?

Possibly Navigateur, ours went to the tip when we purchased the rotary one. IMO they are a pain in the butt, hooking on the window, trying not to catch it on the back cushions and the window not closed properly when you want to go out. Get a rotary they
    are so much better.

I have a rotary but prefer the rack. Less visually intrusive on a site, and window closes just fine.  No cushoins in my toilet you see!

Our airer is a 4 fold gate one, it was very inexpensive and works well for our needs.

It will hold lots but as it can be 'folded into a square' it doesn't take up loads of space if being used in the porch awning.  Also very convenient if clothes need to be dried indoors it will fit neatly into our shower compartment.

Do they work when you have blinds that come up from the bottom?  I would have thought the cassette would get in the way.
