Hello, We have a Pegasus GT65 Verona 2015 model,  I like this Caravan but we have been trying to find a  Porch Awning that will fit correctly, ( if you stand inside the caravan, the door opens to your right ) so theres not much room to put the pole between
the window and the door catch, I have been advised that the pole will lean against the window and to stop it scratching or marking the window to put foam in between, which I don't really want to do, If anybody could recommend a porch awning that may fit my
outfit correctly please help, ( although Hubby does not want a full awning as he hates putting them up,)  I don't mine the full awning as it gives us more room. As long as its fits correctly and easier to put up with no arguments that goes with it,  (as he
huffs and puffs, I do stand there and say nothing I find it's easier that way ) I would convince him to have the full awning, If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

Thanks

you get get porch awning in various lengths, measure the distance between you want it it start and finish and go from there, have you considered an air porch awning? much easier.

With air awnings there isn't a great deal of difference in time between a full and porch, its only the pegging time that changes.

Sorry please ignore my previous post, talking rubbish, there are no full air awnings at present, I meant the length of the air awning doesn't make much difference in time, as the the 'frame' gets pumped up, so just extra pegging time for the extra length.

a pleasure, your local dealer should be able arrage a demonstration of how quick they are to inflate and you can feel how study the air poles are.

How about the Bradcot Portico XL, its classed as combi porch awning as it has piping running the full length of awning but split at the top of each side panel, looking at your van you could run the side panel piping down the front panel, we have one and think it's great! Infact both my parents and my Brother bought one as they were really impressed with the size of it! My parents have a similar style van to you with door in the same place so they too have to use the front side panel in the front awning rail!

The best way to check is to try it out, just feed it through and see - no need to put the whole awning up just check the two ends, the slack is there in case of sloping pitches.
