Happy Christmas everyone.

Am wanting to buy an Isabella Magnum porch awning but have yet to see one on a Clubman SB.

I'm interested to know where it might sit on the awning rail and whether the forward leg and pad would fit forward of the f/n/s window with the rearward leg and pad forward of the r/n/s window.

Would be helpful to hear from any fellow Clubman SB owners who might have one and where it fits for them?

Regards

Sorry we dont have the van/porch awning combo you are thinking of, however we did have a Ventura Cadet which used the same wall/pad configuration and I think as with all porch awnings how it 'seals' to the side is the main problem.

The pads do allow the rear legs to be pushed tighter to the wall however the bottom awning rail does mean the seal is not 100% but I think it is the same with all porch awnings as for the windows the curved shape will hold the leg away somewhat altho the
pads do give more of a seal.

    Great awning tho.

    Thanks for your reply Trini.

I should have added the Ventura Marlin to the original post as it is the same size as the Isabella Magnum.

We already have and use a Ventura Cadet so am aware of how the leg and pad operate. With our Cadet the forward leg is against the f/n/s window as well as the locker below.

My question relates to whether with the Magnum or the Marlin it is possible to site the awning on the rail so that the forward leg and pad does not rest against window. Thus leaving the window able to be opened.

    Thanks

What size is the awning? A Kampa 390 fits neatly just in front of the habitation door and just behind the bed window meaning that you can open both windows. A 260 cuts across the bedside window so you can't open it.
