Just a note to thank the good lady at HO for her obvious care and pleasantness when dealing with my overseas booking yesterday. Faultless.

The Club staff seem to get a lot of brickbats on here, so its nice to be able to offer some well-deserved praise for a change.

    Yes, we find the staff at head office brilliant, both when actually booking a foreign holiday, but also when just asking for quotes. Even when you state that you are not booking that day, they are more than happy to try out ferry prices etc for you. A great
    service.

    When ever we have contacted East Grinstead the staff have always been pleasent and very infomative with queries,

    I agree entirely with the statements above.  Always had really excellent service from the phone operators at EG.

    Yes we have always had excellent, polite and friendly service from the staff at HO.  Never had any complaints about them at all. Always ready with good advice as well.

    Yes fully agree we have made overseas booking by phoning the club and it has always been a straigh forward experience and the staff are always polite and knowledgeable.

    Yes, we too have always had good service from the Club. Sometimes I feel the moaners must belong to a different organisation.

    The staff who answer the phones at head office are beyond a doubt,  professional , helpful and polite.  Any time I have phoned H/O I have been delighted with the way my enquiry was handled. 

    I won't mention the IT dept, or what happens to  emails sent to a certain department.  !!     OOPS  Just did !! Sorry

    We have always had first class service. Last time the lady ran several ferry costs to get us the best deal.

    I can't remember any derogatory remarks made against individual staff members in fact I've only read praise for jobs well done.  I think that what criticism there has been is about the companies policies, procedures and systems
