I had the misfortune of an electrical fault while away on a trip which was diagnosed over the phone and fixed by the prompt supply of a replacement unit within 2 days.

From 1st contact to the solution this company sets the standard for all to try and achieve, even their web site is so easy to use and provides all the technical support you could wish for.

    I have had dealings with this company too. One of their staff monitors the Swift forum and helped me when my alarm failed whilst I was on holiday last year. The unit was replaced under warranty but I was more than impressed by their service giving advice
    on a forum on a Sunday evening!

    What positive stories. And a good example of what's possible There was a similar story elsewhere regarding a Thetford fridge and a fast response from someone in the company monitoring the forum

    Have just found another story about fast response, and resolution of a problem by Isabella Awnings. cheers me up when there are usually so many tales of woe

    yes, there are some companies around who show what customer service is all about.....sargent is in the van(guard)Happy

    their regular interjections on SwiftTalk have saved many folk a lot of time and expense..

    with many uk manufacturers fitting Sargent electronics, there is a large customer base who benefit from an almost 'online' help service.

    add in their telephone help/diagnosis process along with a willingness to replace/post failed items without too much debate and you can see why they are praised regularly.

    Great to hear of these companies that are willing to help.I would like to add PowrWheel as they are also so very helpful in case of need.

    Our vote goes to Kampa for excellent service. Norwich Camping & Leisure deserve an accolade too.
