I have had dealings with this company too. One of their staff monitors the Swift forum and helped me when my alarm failed whilst I was on holiday last year. The unit was replaced under warranty but I was more than impressed by their service giving advice

yes, there are some companies around who show what customer service is all about.....sargent is in the van(guard)
their regular interjections on SwiftTalk have saved many folk a lot of time and expense..
with many uk manufacturers fitting Sargent electronics, there is a large customer base who benefit from an almost 'online' help service.
add in their telephone help/diagnosis process along with a willingness to replace/post failed items without too much debate and you can see why they are praised regularly.
