Missing tv mount?

we have just collected our new sterling Eccles Ruby and we are confused by the fixing for the TV. It has a dedicated drop down cupboard but the is no way of fixing the TV to the metal mechanism, there is no arm or bracket just what brings the cupboard down.
 We have asked the dealer we bought it from to help but were told just to go out and buy one! But which one? They all seem to want to fix to a wall? Can anybody help point us in the right direction?

    We recently sold our 2010 ruby. There was a 'C' shaped section on the drop down with a couple of holes top to bottom. This had the plate for the tv attached to it with a removable bolt (also allowed you to spin the tv and watch from bed)

    We removed this plate from our tv and bolted it back into the van for the new owners. Sterling main dealer should be able to help, or if the van is pre owned your dealer could possibly contact the previous owners as this missing brackets probably still bolted
    to their tv.
