Route from Hook of Holland to Slovenia

We are planning this trip for next year. Looking for recommendations for night halts through Germany.  The ferry arrives in Holland at around 17.30 would like to find a site a bit further away than the Delft site too. 

Another David I know you do this run. Any suggestions would be great.

    We are planning our Croation trip for 2017 and are planning going thru Slovenia so are using Davids blog as a guide but being in a MH we will likely use Aires/Stelplatz for night stops.

    We ahve booked night ferry out so will be straight off and on our way but coming home we will be on the afternoon ferry so will look for a stop 3 hours or so from the Hook.

    Yes we always use Prumtal for our first stop perhaps you would like to look
    here     on my website where a route down to the Karawanken Tunnel is posted in European Routes with good, mostly ACSI CC Sites, enroute.  Like David if I can help further please contact me will be pleased to help.

    David's and Dianne's websites are excellent references which we use a lot.  We travelled to Croatia earlier this year and you might like a look at our trip here.
