Proof of Euro 5+ Emissions for GO BOX
Hi
I am trying to apply for a GO BOX for the Austrian Motorways as we are over 3.5t so cannot use vignettes. Before you can order one you have to set up an online account by getting a PAN number form the Austrian M/Way company. I sent off a copy of the V5
and now I have to give proof of the emission info but does anyone know wehre this is please?
There are no emisions on the V5 stating Euro 5+ and cannot remember seeing it on the Fiat booklets so any help woudl be appreciated. The Fiat and M/H information are in the van in storage so cannot get there till the weekend but any help in what I am looking
for would be helpful.

Write your comments here...its a new van so no MOT yet, I think I need a certificate of conformity so will check throught the Knaus and Fiat bumph at the weekend to see if it says EURO 5 anywhere.

Michael, i have a separate C of C document and I think the emmission figures (and classification) are on this...
its in the van, perhaps ill have a look later and confirm...

The registration document under section D2 type should show the emission classification. My vehicle is 4 years old and it is shown as Euro 5 in that section. If in doubt as to whether this is acceptable email the Go Box people asking them.

just looking at our German conversion of an Italian Fiat, with an Al-Ko Kober chassis and sold in the UK......
V5 section D.2 just has EG/CF002, no mention of the emmisions levels, either actual or Euro classification.
however, the CoC has a German section translated (by me) to 'emmisions standards'....
slightly confused here as one line says Euro 5+, while just to the right it says Euro 5 and a load of qualifying codes and letters....
i think this van is Euro 5....

Peedee, o wonder of its because ypurs is a UK conversion, whereas Michael's and my own are both converted in Germany.
i know that, prior to collection, our dealer had to wait for the CoC to come over from the Carthago factory and then be posted with the license application to the DVLA.
Do you have a CoC?

I don't think it is anything to do with where the conversion was done. Just looked at a couple of car V5Cs and there is no mention of Euro status on them in section D2 either, just meaningless letters and numbers.
The only other certificate I have for my vehicle is a plating certificate from VOSA which I guess is a kind of CoC because it identifies the approved category of vehicle as well as weights. This maybe because it was a one off production vehicle.
