Don't know which is "best", but Direct Ferries website has a map showing the  seven mainland ports with sailings to Corsica, plus frequencies of service, and seven different arrival ports on the island.  Is that a useful starting point for you?

We went in 2014 with a caravan and took the overnight Nice - I'lle Rousse ferry out with a cabin and back via Bastia - Toulon again overnight.

Went on Cosica ferries, booked direct and must say they were excellent, great ferries, cabins lovely and really good staff for loading etc.

One of the nicest places we ahve vissited and will certainly go back now we ahve a MH so we can tour the island.

If you are a member of hte C&CC you can book via a link on thier web site (or could do) as I disccovered after we booked but not sure if its any cheaper.
