Riva Bella Early Ferry Arrangements?

Hi, At risk of being too fussy, having booked in at Riva Bella am I right to assume that they have a system to allow me to catch the 8.30am ferry? I guess that we would have to be quayside by 7.30am.

To explain my concern I have an old engineering mantra in my head which said 'If it can go wrong, it WILL go wrong!!!!!'

It will be OK. Use the gate code to open the barrier and away you go. They have about a thousand people a year who catch that morning ferry. Bon voyage.

Many thanks!  Guessed as much but worth a query.

The site managers live above the reception for peace of mind.

We used it the other week for the early ferry, just put the code in and off you go, 5 mins to port, take your first exit from the roundabout at the end of the road by Riva Bella and it misses out the town centre. Enjoy

Signs says for caravans not to use 1st exit. There are speed ramps along that stretch. 2nd exit through town is only 1/2 mile or so and at 7.30 in the morning should not be a problem.
