Cross Germany as you have done before, stop at the Swiss border at Basel to buy vignettes, carry on and go through St Gotthard tunnel. What other help are you asking for please?

just looking for a trouble free route without high passes or tough climbs, tolls would be paid without complaint if required

Yes, I outlined an all motorway route - spread out your big map and check. No tolls in Netherlands or Germany, 40CHF for Swiss vignette for car, ditto for caravan. Covers return journey of course on Swiss motorways and tunnels under Alps.

A question to the OP - are you solo or with the caravan? If with the caravan, where are you staying?
Anyway, if I was going that direction with my motorhome it would be from the ferry - Utrecht - Breda - Antwerp - Brussels - Arlon - Luxembourg - Metz (all toll free), then paying to toll on the A4 to Strasbourg, then free again on the A35 towards Switzerland and the border at Basel. Buy your toll/vignette (information about that here and then follow signs to Lucerne - St Gotthard Tunnel - Milan - and then Monza.
From the Swiss Italian border you could run toll free on the SS35 direct to Monza
