Booking tunnel

Is anyone else experiencing difficulty inputting details when trying to book euro tunnel on line with caravan club, it won't let me put my return route in and won't search without it. I have tried several times over three weeks and to no avail.

    Yes, I had that problem too. I posted about it
    here    .

    I will be trying out Valda's suggestion for a work-around in due course.

     just tried it again (using Valda's method) and got "Internet Explorer cannot display this web page"

    Ho hum.......Sad

    Give me some idea of your details and I'll have a look for you. Obviously the fact that more people are experiencing problems suggests that either I'm going it a very different way, or we're using different browsers and versions of Windows.  I've just tried
    again and had no problem but a lot of the 'choices' (July and August) are coming up with '

    • There are no crossings available at this time. Please try searching for a different date or time.

    Do the Caravan Club have only a limited allocation of spaces, which perhaps may sell out quickly? As I said in the other thread, we had no problem whatever in booking directly with Eurotunnel.

    Pardon my ignorance, but why do you book Eurotunnel with the CC?

    Is it cheaper?

    We're looking at September. There's plenty of availability on tbe Eurotunnel web site, so that's not the issue.

    I like to flit back and forth between dates and times to find the best option. You can't do this on the phone to an advisor. So it's really frustrating not being able to do it on the CC web site.

    yes it is usually cheaper presuming you can get website to work. I have never had trouble on previous occasions .

    Well just tried again, input all info but it won't let me put my inward bound route in, when I tap the box the choices come up but when I tap my choice it just goes off.

    very frustrated !!!

    Yep, I'm still having the same problem.

    Tried two different browsers on the pc and also tried the i-Pad.....same result.

    Have just tried it using Chrome browser on a Windows 10 PC.  Working for me
