Urgent help needed: Campingaz in Croatia

Hi all,

We are currently in Croatia (near Split), and our Campingaz bottle (907) is empty... and we need somewhere to swap it.

We have tried local petrol stations and Supermarket, but only greeted with blank looks and shake of heads.

Does anyone know if it is stocked in Croatia, and if so where to try?

Thanks in asvance

Matt

If you go on Campinggaz web site and click on find stores you then get a list of items. Select gas and put Croatia in the the box and it gives you a list of stockists there. Good luck.

Campingaz web site lists around eleven locations in and around Split with their products. Hope you find some.

Thanks, have already tried the website and the local places here say they stock but in reality do not...

Ideally do not want to buy local bottle as we are travelling throughout Eurppe for next 5 months and would be extra weight and space to carry, plus cost!

can anyone suggest a specific place? We are heading to Slovenia next, does anyone know if this is a better bet?

    thanks

I am not absolutely certain but I think I saw it on sale in reception at the Lake Bled site.  It is not something I would usually look for to be honest, but it caught my eye while i was waiting in lengthy queue.
