We've stayed there - a while ago now, but we liked it very much.  (Oh, except the restaurant Moroccan Night which we thought expensive and tasteless).  We like the area down by the river - the other area is across the road and nearer to the pool, reception,
etc.  Pitches down in the riverside area are partially shady (essential in summer heat), and some are quite large.

You can have a 'look' around the site by watching
    Camping Street View
     - where someone on a bike takes you on a whistle stop tour of all the campsite has to offer.

It's an impressive holiday camp, with a large range of activities in a great location - but sites like this are very different in June and September from July and August. We were there in August and  it was packed and so had no choice but to take the one
unattractive  pitch they offered us - one metre from the people next door with just a thin hedge between us.

It then rained for most of the week and the lower section of the site became a sea of mud. The roadways were awash, no one walked up to the shop for supplies - they drove, spraying muddy water as they went by. We hadn't taken wellies so paddled barefoot
to the shower block despite the risk of trench foot, and in the end the owners hired in a slurry tanker to try to suck up the worst of the surface of water. It was bad.

That was all a few years ago and perhaps they have now got the drainage sorted out, but we have never been tempted to go back to check.

We were there this time last year. Very nice site, good pool, restaurant etc. Had a enormous pitch. No hesitation in recommending.

While it is a good site, it's not one I've felt compelled to return to. But I think that's more about how I feel about the Dordogne - comfortable like a wife but not exciting like a lover!  But if all you want is comfort then the Dordogne and Soleil Plage
for its location and facilities will generally be ideal.

You'll find some photos of the site in the Flickr album - https://flic.kr/s/aHsjHF4Lke
