    Just got back from northern Italy and can't complain. Only had about 3 wet days in almost four weeks. The weather further south (beyond Rome) was even better, but I couldn't be bothered with any more driving.

    Much better weather today than forecast,  it said thunderstorms,  however we didn't get any, a few small showers and we did see the sun for awhile. Hope tomorrow brings the same. After yesterdays heavy rain the river is a bit higher but not dangerously so.

    Sounds very much like we had here in the Landes,forcasts of thunder storms for several days but non materialised  and yesterday  gota couple  of hours by the pool

    Write your comments here...well today has turned even better, more blue skies, still a little shower or two but no storms so far. Not good enough for sunbathing but I'm not complaining. Take it your not going on to Re as planned?

    We are near Rouen. Best day today with just one heavy shower. Other than that sunshine. Wish it would stay like this.

    Left Dordogne at 14 degrees and raining this morning and temp rose to 22 at Millau. Sunny too!! nice riverside pitch atLes Rivages. At last it is dry. France looks better!
