Route via Rouen

Could someone please confirm if all the roadworks in the Rouen area have now been completed.  Will not be going down until late August.

    The Pont Mathilde bridge re opened in August  2014, but none of us can predict what road works will happen by August 2016, can we?

    There were some road works in Rouen last weekend, on the road from the end of the Grandmare tunnel, down to the turn-off to Evreux, but it didn't hold up traffic at all.  We shall probably be backwards and forwards several times between now and August and
    I'll report on roadworks.

    The roadworks at the southern end of the Chartres bypass have now been finished, and the delays there have all gone.  The road through St Remy sur Avre is still 'waiting for a bypass' and traffic is still held up there.
