If the EU vote , favours leaving . How will that decision  effect a 3 month tour of mainland Europe?

    If your talking about the short term, next couple of years, I would not think there would be any difference. As new agreements would need to be negotiated and I would think until this happened, existing ones would remain in place. After that, more expensive
    health insurance almost certainly, and possibly increased vehicle insurance. You may require a visa if staying over a certain time. Presumably there would be import controls on wine etc. again. Otherwise no real change. We already have to show our passports
    to our immigration to get in and out and the French were not bothered before we joined the EU. Once into the EU I can't see there being any more controls than there are now.
