jon, What sort of boat is this? Mine is only a bit longer at 8.5m, but it weighs 4000kg and I certainly wouldn't be towing it anywhere!
Suggest you might get more response on the YBW forums, probably Pactical Boat Owner or
Scuttlebutt.http://www.ybw.com/forums/index.php

If you are talking a large cruiser rather than a dayboat, perhaps chatting to a couple of the boat transport firms that advertise in the yachting press classifieds to find out where they get their cover from.

Johnnyp1 Have a look at ADAC that weight and length is no problem for them. Trailers up to 10 metres covered, single or twin axle. Very competitive have a look at brief description and price
here on page under name of ADAC. We have been a member for over 7 years, have used the services 3 times in Europe Which was second to none all times. The Cover is for UK and whole of Europe for 12 months
for under £100 a year It is the only Breakdown Insurance you need.DianneT

Hi Dianne, I'm loking for European cover with ADAC for our trip to France in May. I have brought up their applicationn form online, but have come across the following difficulties: When I try to imput my post code it stops me entering the full code, and
when I try to imput the IBAN number the same applies. I have tried both the 'pay by invoice' and ' pay by direct debit' options, but it will not accept any of this information.John C

John - you can't pay over the internet from a British bank, you have to phone them (they speak English - number details under Dianne's link, above) and they will take a card payment over the phone.
