    Probably not, but I've had a few lungfuls of Milano smog, so I wouldn't bother anyway.

    I had suggested that method for controlling traffic a long time ago. It could easily be applied to halve the amount of a certain type of traffic at a stroke. If you cannot afford two vehicles, the best alternative would be an odd numbered vehicle because
    there are more odd days in the year (especially a leap year).

    Come on folks lets get real.

    The number is a number.....it's on the number plate.

    We are not in a position to advise drivers from other countries.

    'Odds and Evens' has been used in many countries over the years to cut polution and conserve fuel.....that bit is for interest only!
